1. Eligibility & Registration

To use Glamour, you must be at least 15 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Activation & Fees

• Membership requires a one-time activation fee of ₦14,000 (or equivalent in Euro/GBP).
• This fee is non-refundable once the account has been successfully activated.
• This fee is refundable after a month of activation.
• Activation grants access to all earning streams including GlamLifestyle, GlamScript2Cash, and others.

3. Earning & Payouts

Earnings are calculated based on completed tasks, time spent on specific "Glam" modules, and engagement metrics. While we provide the tools for high potential earnings, actual results depend on user activity.

• Minimum withdrawal limits apply as stated in your user dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed through secure global payment gateways.
• Glamour reserves the right to hold payouts in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or bot-usage.

4. Code of Conduct

Users must not engage in any activity that interferes with the platform's operation. This includes but is not limited to:

• Attempting to manipulate earning algorithms.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using automated software or bots to complete tasks.

5. Data Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Glamour collects and processes personal data strictly for account management and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Glamour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

7. Modifications

Glamour reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
